My screen flashed orange lines once on boot up when I sccidentally knocked something in my old PC when updating ram. (The component moved was also orange!)

Seeing as its busted, why not chuck it out the window?

I never chcuked somthin that big or heavy from that high. I'd love to hear the noise that it makes. And try and see afterwards how many pieces you can smash it into...well thats what i do with busted stuff that aint under guarentee...

its actually my screen at work....so i think a call to the helpdesk is in order....just thought i would try you guys first.....quicker and more knowledgable than my IT team

heres the deal- first of all its a TV, scondly its not a pc, its a ps2 and your trying to play a DVD with it using a scart connection.

In that case you are extremely rich!!!

you don't have to be rich to have a TFT there under £300 now i shoulda got one :(

£300 is still a lot for the equivalent of a 17 inch monitor.

Besides, you get what you pay for. The cheaper TFT monitors are *usually* a poorer quality.
