Do we assume then that this guide was not written by you? As you used it when you first started, it kinda sounds like its from elsewhere... which I`m not sure is within the rules. (Apologies if I`m just interpreting your message incorrectly though).

Nah, this is without cheats.
Out of interest though, with cheats:
Canada: single move score - Stopped going up :D We put the cheats on, and built up a score of about 30 million, then left the character going round and round and round a bowl for like, a day or something. It eventually stopped going up if I remember correctly (though I`ll check that with my housemate).
Few more scores:
Cruise Ship: Single Move - 4 million something
Cruise Ship: Two Minutes - 10 million ish
The rest are all quite similar.

Airport: Two minutes - 15,844,000
Can`t remember any of the others, but roughly 2-5 million per move on each area except Suburbia, and about 10 million total most places.

Hi guys these are my best scores so far...
Canada
best combo = 698,826 in 26 tricks
best overall score 1,324,284
Cruise Ship (Which is amazing for combo's)
best combo = 739,619 in 31 tricks
best overall score = 1,582,598
I got these scores once i had completed the game and had therefore collected all of the extra stat points - it sure help to have max'ed out stats particulaly when grinding and manualing!
