"Notable relegation"

Rumour is that 2 notables will lose their status at the next election, and go back to being regulars.

It can't be those most recently in (Goatboy and RBS).

Who do you think should go?

Should I be worried?

Like I said in my earlier reply, I don't come here to 'work.' I come on here when I feel like talking to people about stuff, whether it be gaming or life.

We can't be here all the time. Which is why I ask we get rid of the top posters system...

No problem, I would expect people to think that if they hadn't been there.

the dis-elected notables should have a special colour.

I don't think any of the Notables should go...

I'd be surprised if Sniper (friend) hasn't already been 'fired', actually... But if he hasn't I don't think he should go.

I don't get why the notables have all this power anyway...

They were elected because 'we' thought they made the place special, and they do!!!... but that doesn't mean they should have to choose some of the gameadays, and look for people to fire...

They also shouldn't have to be here when it suits us, or the people at SR for that matter!

FM is 34! Meka is married at 24 and has 2 great children (by the sound of things) Grix is in the middle of Higer 6th (I think) Er-No has just started college, fmuck knows where Sniper is... Goaty is about 21-22... these are all people getting their lives going, like the rest of us! They're not here to work for us for free!

They make the place special, give it's character... so they were elected... working here 24/7 isn't in the job description!

Give them a break...

The person who thought 2 should be fired must be having a laugh... I know not everyone can be notables... it'd spoil the status... but firing them because they're not at our every beckon-fmuckin'-call?! Pah!!

I don't think being a notable has ever changed the way that anyone writes or behaves on these forums, excluding messing around. We would all be the same whatever the colour.

Still, I've never liked this notable thingy anyway. I think it puts too much pressure on people. The regular/newbie system is fine, that's just saying that someone has wrote more/been around longer.

What ARE notables supposed to do anyway? I thought we just sat around, looked pretty, and posted every now and then. :0)

The first five (ie. myself, Meka, Grix, FM and Sniper) were all voted in by you guys too, but that was a while back now, so most of you weren't even there.

Wouldn't like to pick from the rest, they all deserve to be there (and afterall it was we who put them there)
