I am a proud owner of the PS2 and the Xbox and I would like to know what people's views on the Niniendo Game Cube because of all the messages of people saying it isn't that good and I would like to see how many thinks that and how many people thinks it good, and of course not forgeting I would like to read some of the arguements

Basically get one if the games appeal to you, Gamecube has all the main 3rd party games coming out for it, not much point in listing them those because I'm sure you've heard about them on PS2 or Xbox.
It's all down to exclusives really and the Gamecube has a hell of a lot of them. Here's a list of what i consider to be the best of a good bunch

Arguments over the genre of this game have reached momentous in size on the Edge forums. It'd be all around better if you referred to it as a First Person Adventure game.

I own a PS2 and a gamecube.
Played the GC more recently just because I got Rocky for it (which rules) and today I got Resident Evil 0.
Both have games that will only appear on the one certain console and thats the reason why I decided to buy them both.
There are loads of cool games comming out for both.
Its all down to the games, if there are games that appeal to you then get one, if not then its not really worth it.

It's a sort of FPS, but when you transform into your Morph-Ball thingy it's not First Person.

I forgot about Metroid Prime, I think I may be getting that too, but from what I've seen, it's got good reviews but I dont really know how it will play.
In one mag it says that it doesn't even play like a FPS, so I'll wait and see a demo or something.
