I'm sure most of you GTA 3 owners had difficulty getting to the 6 star rating (at the beginning) but can you reach it later on in the game? And if you can, what happens?

Has anyone noticed the swarm of new users?

Ergh Schplatt.

Just go on a complete rampage you nocturnal nut. It's easy. Find a corner to hide in and start blasting away. Shoot the police helicopters with your rocket launcher and watch as the army trucks knock everyone else flying in a mad, oafish rush to get to the scene.

You can't even get it up using cheats.

You can indeed. The army/Fbi come after you.
