I'm sure most of you GTA 3 owners had difficulty getting to the 6 star rating (at the beginning) but can you reach it later on in the game? And if you can, what happens?

Whatever, the Flatbed is still a sandcart, it just has a different name.
On so called mission it isn't a flatbed anyway, just a normal triad fish van, otherwise you can't get in to the factory in the first place.

Sand Cart? It is called a 'Flatbed'. Repeat after me F.L.A.....I'm sorry. And you have to fight the triads and kill the leaders otherwise you can't get out of the factory gates. Can we stop this now?

No, I'm afraid I was entirely right and you were just wrong. You DO take the sandcart to 8Balls, because that is where the bomb is fitted. And I said that you take it to the fish factory. That is where the gas tanks are, and you don't HAVE to kill the leaders. Detonating the cart will kill the leaders anyway. JATs, I dunno...
