They're both American. To argue with your response I could say that it may not be carrying sand in the game but...........whoops I did.

Stop trying to be big, its just a game, and for however long you try to be clever, you still aren't. I think you should stop trying to be big right now.

Sand Cart? It is called a 'Flatbed'. Repeat after me F.L.A.....I'm sorry. And you have to fight the triads and kill the leaders otherwise you can't get out of the factory gates. Can we stop this now?

It's called a Banshee.

If you were provocted by my 'so' in

No, I'm afraid I was entirely right and you were just wrong. You DO take the sandcart to 8Balls, because that is where the bomb is fitted. And I said that you take it to the fish factory. That is where the gas tanks are, and you don't HAVE to kill the leaders. Detonating the cart will kill the leaders anyway. JATs, I dunno...

Turismo is hard, but not impossible. Steal the sports car from the showroom in the north of portland island, which is very fast. Try to get the initiative at the start of the race, then drive cautiously and it is really easy, because the other cars all crash into each other.
