Well one way might be to say something that I'm about to say...

I'm thinking of picking up a GC as soon as tomorrow.
A couple that haven't stopped breathing might now be thinking "why the change of heart ?"

The most obvious reason is that I have flu right now so chances are its the words of a sick bloke ranting.

The other is that I've been laying in bed thinking back to games I played such as Metroid and Zelda and how there are times I'd like to play them again (but of course in they're new forms). Afterall, at the end of the day I am a gamer, not a fanboy and I've grown up with Nintendo games.

I might also look into a Gameboy Advance SP towards the end of the month with some of the classic Snes games that are out or coming out.

If I get a GC, this is what I'm thinking of grabbing...
Black GC
Extra controller (black of course)
Resident Evil
Resident Evil Zero
Mario Sunshine
Advanced scart lead (for best pic and sound quality)

Then of course I'll pick up Metroid Prime and Zelda as they come out. Don't need a memory card as I have the one from when I had the GC before. Anyway, thats the current thing going through my head.
Blame my credit card taunting me while I'm ill for this happening.
Right, well I'm off to ponder more on this and decide on how I'm going to pay for it all if I decide to go shopping tomorrow.

What's an insane card abuser?

Well its the last weekend of March and my insane card abuse is at an end (well at least almost). I've been shopping and I've come back with...

Wanted to grab Super Streetfighter 2 for my GBA SP too, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I guess I'll look online for it.

Also - can anyone give me info on this card reader thing for the GBA ? I know a little about it but not much. I got a card to swipe with my Pokemon game and I looked into it a little and it looks an interesting little gadget.
Its £40 from what I've seen - I'm guessing I'll have no problems using an import one if I were to grab it on a PAL GBA SP cause the GB stuff has always been universal.
Anyway, some good info on the reader thing would be much appreciated. ;-)

Anyway, I'm off to play the shedload of stuff I bought today and maybe die from pleasure overload. I'm trying to keep away from Pokemon for a little while until later cause I know if I start that, the other games won't get a look in all weekend. ;-))

I haven't heard of them before, but at least they're British like the guys at Importmadness.

I've got my money ready as well, and I have a feeling that we will get an extra bonus as well from buying the GBA SP, I read from the latest SR newsletter that the first lot of GBA SP's will have a voucher for £30 off any Gamecube game!
Hopefully that includs WHSmiths as well as SR.

I have actually beaten a level 9 Ness on Great Bay using Link firstly without using items and then with. Beat him up with about 2 lives left after the end.

I've recently got Pokemon Silver -0 Brand new, £10.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, done a little Rogue Leader, think I'll do a little Godzilla and then move onto Smash Bros before I goto bed. ;-))

Went onto an import site tonight and ordered an American version of Pokemon Sapphire. Was gonna grab Ruby as well but I decided not to go nuts. Afterall I have so many games from this month and once I beat Sapphire, I can then look onto looking at the Ruby version if I want it.
I ordered it cause I looked at the English release date and it was like heading for around September. Knowing the American version is already out I just thought "sod that" and ordered it. ;-))

Anyone else ordering the import version ?
