My first is in biscuit but never in cake
My second's in awesome but not in great
My third is in mother but not seen in dad
My fourth is in sunny but never in sad
My fifth is a vowel found in water not creek
My sixth is found only in one day of the week
My seventh's two of three that you learn when you're young
My eighth's not in song but it's there when it's sung
My ninth's in eleven and twelve, not thirteen
My tenth is in island and river, not stream
My eleventh's in precious and secret and paste
My twelfth is in phantom and spectre and haste
My whole stalks the night in a quiet dreamlike state
With no memories the next day of being out late

Yes.

And because sarah couldn't go to jail because she was innocent, and they couldn't be seperated because it would kill sarah, Mary could not be punished.

well done.

based on an actual case I think

So we know that Sarah and Mary are identical twins, and that Mary killed Sarah's husband, on purpose, because its murder. Sarah can prove beyond all doubt that Mary did it, but she is not bought to justice, and either Sarah or Mary gets the blame, but Sarah sin't framed, so Mary must take the blame, and not be brought to justice.

Did Sarah's husband attempt to kill Mary (possibly mistaking her for Sarah) and Mary kill him in self defence?

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
