aol does 4 £15 a month. freeserve 4 £13.

is aol anytime reliable?

m8 of mine was on bt anytime, said it was too damn slow. couldnt get online half the time.

any info would b most grateful, cheers

cjr, I am with freeserve at the mo. they`ve also offered me the 6 month half price deal.

On a side note, has anyone else hear how BT are giving up on ADSL for now?? They said they are no longer converting Exchanges to be able to deal with ADSL. So anyone who's local exchange isn't ADSL ready will have to wait even longer to get it if they were planning to.

My local one is ADSL ready, but £80 to instal and £40 a month .... No thank you.

A mate from college uses the AOL £15 package and she say's it's pretty good. Better than what else is on offer I'd say.

I'm trying out Freeserve Anytime tomorrow, as I get a 6 Month Half Price offer :o) £6.50 a month sounds good to me. and when the six months is over (or it's really that bad) I'll cancel and change to Freeola's Servide (if they have it up by then).

But Freeserve are doing a First Month Free offer, so look inot that. I'll come back and give you my opinion on Friday as to what it's like.

But from what I've seen, AOL are the fastest connection for the Anytime deals.

there all poor really, i think aol are best if you can put up with their software, although you can just not use it...

I use BT and they really are terrible. I neeeeeeeed broadband..

BT is cacky cack cack but AOL is ok but i hate there silly kiddie software and i have no idea about freeserve
