I decided to buy myself an Epson printer for christmas, when it arrived i plugged it in and when i went to print something it didnt work, and then it all started to mess up...
SO i sent that back, 2 months later, today, i got it back, i opened it all up to print off some homework and the drivers are missing, and the powere cable is missing...
The are bloody useless, i want to send them some hate mail, but ill just send it back again...
Even the box came back in a bad state, it was all ripped and torn, as if they had used an old box...
The better give me some kind of compensation...

Blimey, where are you buying from..? The shop I work at deals almost exclusively with Epson, and their customer care and after sales has always been fantastic. Basic system is thus - if the printer goes wrong within the first year, the customer brings it in to us, and if we can't fix it that day (free under warrenty), we give them a new one. If it's something we don't have in stock, we call Epson and get one delivered to us the next day - Epson get billed for our labour and the costs of the printer. The service is called Epson Express, fantastic little thing.

Guess part of that's down to being in a small PC shop - we have the time to check each box to make sure it's complete, and staff who've all been on Epson training courses and can look a printer over and see if the problem is fixable on the spot..As for the box, that's down to either the shop/supplier, or the courier service between them, but having worked there with HP/canon/samsung/lexmark printers as well, I'd still always go with the Epsons..
