Ok, it should read 'action="edit_registration.php"', you need to put 'http://ukdiscussions.reserve.co.uk' in front of the 'edit' bit, as part of the URL.

Yeah I found that, but where do I need to enter http://ukdiscussions.reserve.co.uk/

It's part of the code, about half way down. If you're using Notepad then search for 'tagline', that should find it.
