I was looking today, and you can actually get GTA3 as an EXE file... starts like all the other games, 1-9 are the weapons... you go forward with up etc...

Some people have forked out about £45 for thisd, and you can get it free by typing in 'gta3' and downloading it in 205 Minutes?

This piracy issue goes futher than we think!

how long does it take to download?

Does it even work? Im downloading it, not to play it or anything ;o)

I'd rather have a proper disc than download it for free with the potential to completely mess the pc up or do something stupid like download porn or something else.

am i the only one who thinks this is a virus?!

THats all well and good, but on these versions you dont get the music do ya? the radio stations are one of the best features of GTA3.

I just searched for it and I found 4 or 5 actually .EXE files to download. It's not fair at all to people that shelled out the RRP for it. I'm probably going to do a case study on piracy in a minute. In fact, I will. It'll be up in about 20 minutes. Thanks for the inspiration Game!

NOt that I was planning to do this or anything :-D But it doesn't actually work...I searched for Gta3 in the software section and I found nothing at all... maybe my filter is blocking it by having any files that may potentially contain viruses blocked out, but if thats so all the files on the thing would be blocked :)
