The Official Line is:
"One new "Notable" is elected every three months, in respect of their contribution to making the Future of Gaming forum (in the Open Forums) a very special place."
Unofficially:
It means that everyone in the forums votes you in after you bribe, cajole, bully, coerce and blackmail them for their vote.
Then your name turns yellow.
Then you go back to posting what you always posted, and the difference is noone reads what you write anymore, because all the REAL interesting stuff is posted by the JATS, newbies and regulars, who have fresh stuff to say and not the same old same old that the notables keep chewing over.

Harry Potter HAD to be played by a British actor. We can't have the yanks taking the lead role or else the movie would have been about how Harry Potter went back in time and defeated the Spanish Armada, except it would have been in the Pacific Ocean. Then he would have climbed Mount Everest and stuck a Stars and Stripes at the top, and his broom stick would have a Cadillac medal on the front of it.
If it's any consolation, out of the two, I prefer this Harry Potter topic.
The Track Listing:
"Harry Potter Gets Stuffed..." (with Turkey)
"Harry Potter is Coming to Town"
"Harry Potter Roasting by an Open Fire"
and included is a free 38-foot tall poster of Harry Potter and his magical chums that you can hang on your, erm, nearest towerblock.
