I have two small children. (Young, not just small, I didn't breed with an Umpa-Lumpa or anything!)
So they no longer trip on the pad wire when they ru nby.
Otherwise, it's a great novelty feature.

I prefer rumble and I've alrady got four controllers...
Wires do get tangled but I can live with it..
But that's a delicate and very personal matter ....

This may not be fun if you are sober...
Besides, I like the use of rumble, especially in games such as Metroid Prime.

It would beep. That was only a gimmick to get people to buy a rumble pak.
Besides, I never used one and I found plenty of holes. Most of them were by rocks or under trees so you just planted a bomb there.
