My personal opinion on the Wavebird is that I couldn't live without it!

Seriously!

I have two small children. (Young, not just small, I didn't breed with an Umpa-Lumpa or anything!)

So they no longer trip on the pad wire when they ru nby.

Otherwise, it's a great novelty feature.

Or just turn the TV off and play!

I played blind ISS2 once and scored the best goal ever with Scholesy!

I prefer rumble and I've alrady got four controllers...

Wires do get tangled but I can live with it..

Wavebird is officially the Best Thing Ever though. Means I can lay back on my bed in comfort and play rather than have to find some comfy position closer to the TV.

Plus, get two of them, a 2 player game (Smash Bros is good) and use the way it works through walls to have blind battles. In other words, you go into another room, hammer the buttons until you feel silly, then go see who won.

This may not be fun if you are sober...

Hmmm... OK, I guess, but I got a rumble pack with Lylat Wars anyway...

Besides, I like the use of rumble, especially in games such as Metroid Prime.

Yup.

Shut up.

It would beep. That was only a gimmick to get people to buy a rumble pak.

Besides, I never used one and I found plenty of holes. Most of them were by rocks or under trees so you just planted a bomb there.
