No, don't laugh, some kid was killed by one of these.
According to my Systems and Control teacher, a moronic child was swinging one around in the school where my Teacher used to work and the metal part came loose from the handle, detaching itself and flying across the room, plunging into the throat of another unsuspecting student. He died about 2 weeks later in hospital.
Just bear that in mind...

Ok, I give up- you win.
Or it could be injected into your blood stream and go into your heart - then you'd die.

Alright, what about an uncontaminated drop of water?

Fair enough. :)
Or you could choke on a lump and die.
A piece of paper could slit your throat via a paper cut, or have another deadly disease on it.

What about...a cabbage?
What about my 2mm long pice of paper...
Everything.
Anything.
There's death all around.
But if you thought like that you wouldn't have a life.
You couldn't do anything.
Get over it.
