The "General Games Chat" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
Since they got rid of GAD1 there is a total lack of posts and lots less people posting in general. I thought this would happen but told myself people werent that shallow and werent in it just for the games. I was wrong.
I'm simply expressing my annoyance and anger at some people who flee as soon as the free stuff is no longer on offer. Quite sad really, I hope the forums don't shrivel up and die but at least the posts that are made are genuine and not 'GAD attempts' which shows there will be quality but not quantity.

I probably wouldn't have joined SR if it wasn't because of GAD as I didn't see any real difference between SR and GAME for instance except for the fact I had to buy a membership to buy anything. However I've won two GADs now and am taking Media Studies next year at school so I'll learn how to write great reviews anyway...everything is falling into place...THE WORLD (of SR) IS MINE! >:D
I meant the forum people, not people in general. I thought it because of all the, "I would still post here if they didnt give GADs" posts people made. Liars!

I have noticed a decline in new posts too but don't let it get to you. It's like a boycott. SR will lose a lot of its internet business because of this and have to bring them back to attract more customers. If you're lucky you'll be able to win those extra two GADs before everyone who's been away realises they are back. It's a genuis plan!
