Well, almost anyway. 100 down to 41.

9:00 on C4 I think. 3 hours long too!!!

It's concluded on Sunday (another 3 hours) with 40 down to the number one spot.

Who's watching it?

I watched the whole goddam thing, and I'd only seen three of the films on it. Titanic, Snow White, and another one which I can't remember.

I need to watch more.

Nah. Shawshank will get in the top 3. You mark my words.

And Godfather will get VERY high as well.

De Niro at number 1.

And I hope Gene Hackman is

Good, a music "Top 100..." now. I hope that it has rock singles etc in it too, or I won't watch it. I'll have to watch the first 10, to see if any Rock is in there. As for the Actor's top 100, Gaz and Ross - Jay and Silent Bob are the best actors ever - bar none!

I reckon the top will be Star Wars or Gladiator. Hopefully Gladiator. Dogma was an indy film, as are all Kevin Smiths films - and they don't get acknowledged.

Shawshank won't be in top 10. Bet you. Not because it isn't good, but because they consulted the British public for this, and we know what scum we are.

Firstly, it's SHAWSHANK not Sawshank.

Secondly, it's not done by critics I don't think. It was just people who voted on a website.

Action films will probably never take the top spot, as only "period dramas" are ever liked by the critics. I just asked The_Vottanator on MSN what Sawshank is, so thanks! Sawshank sounds good, so I suppose it could win. However, my support is with Terminator 2 (which woudln't win in a million years) and Gladiator (has some drama!).

Heat could win, despite I've never seen it. Dogma won't win, as it's imposing to religion, or something like that.

I thought that Norton was terrible. His show stinks and that was no better - he spoilt the entire show if you ask me.

"Watch the 100 greatest films on Channel 4. I'm in 1 of them."

That was pretty funny.

"But Jean Claude Van Damme, if you're watching. I think it's safe for you to go to bed now."

Didn't see that bit, as I kept flicking over to Jerry Springer on the boring bits - "Steamy Affairs!".

Star Wars won't be on the top spot. Not after the films so far. I think Shawshank will be number 1. If not, definitely in the top 3.

I didn't see Heat being shown in the preview of part 2. I NEED it to be in there because there is no way Dogma is getting a mention. :-D

And I thought Norton was quite funny along with that guy from Spaced. Oh and Elliot Gould.

"Watch the 100 greatest films on Channel 4. I'm in 1 of them."

Don't you just love him.

But what Norton said about Van Damme was damn funny.

"But Jean Claude Van Damme, if you're watching. I think it's safe for you to go to bed now."

Number 1 will be Star Wars.

And Jaws, Shawshank and Pulp Fiction will be in the top 10, if not top 5.

Well, Titanic was only 54, splendid. And Dogma has yet to be shown, so its obviously a good film. ;-)
