More importantly though, it is a huge company that makes a decent website with loads of info, and a massive set of reviews. There is a section of IGN for each console, ps2 being at ps2.ign.com. If you look under reviews, you`ll find MGS2.
If you want to know PSM2`s score, work this out, if not, just ignore the maths below:

IGN gave it one point higher, but divide by 10 as they give their score out of 10.
The four flaws they mentioned were:
It makes your other games look rubbish.
Guards reappear in previously visited areas.
It only lasts about 10-15 hours. (Though the replay incentive is huge)
You get fed up of hearing "SNNNNNAAAKKKEEE" when you die.

PSM2 seem to prefer trickery over everything else, which is why they slated airblade.

The Gamespot website gave the US version 10 for every thing. It got a completely perfect score. 007 was a game I was going to get but the review they did has put me off a little bit.
