Saying the N64 is crap because it's not got many 'good games' is just like saying, "The SNES is crap because it uses cartridges instead of CD's"
It's just not true.
Here are the facts:
There have been many good games on the N64, most revolutionised the way certain games are played! For example: Goldeneye, Super Mario 64, The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Turok 2, Perfect Dark, Lylat Wars, Mario Kart 64, Donkey Kong, Extreme G, and many many more.
Ok, there haven't been that many good new releases in the last few months but Nintendo have released a console which is much more powerful in Japan and are hardly going to carry on developing for a console which will now be making a loss.
Before anyone tells me that the Playstation still has games developed for it even though the PS2 is out, I know! I also know that, apart from the Game Boy Color, the Playstation was the most popular console last year; TV stations are still giving them away as competition prizes, and kids can now afford to buy and play games on them as they are at a lower price than they were originally due to the release of the Playstation 2.
The Dreamcast also is a good console. Games are still made for it, but not many. It suffered heavily due to the huge amount of Playstation owners but that does not make that console crap does it? No it doesn't. It's got loads of great games, it's now cheaper because it's not made anymore, and I reckon it's going to be in a lot of people's homes this Christmas.

The Playstation 2 is the second out of the four 128-bit consoles to be released. It is more powerful that the Dreamcast and allows DVD movies to be played on it. There are a lot of sequels on it to encourage fans of the previous console to continue different quests and adventures in a much larger context. This console definately has it's strength.
As does the GameCube. Nearly everyone has been talking about it even though it's only just hit US shores. Some people claim that it's a kiddies console, or that the games look rubbish, but how many times have Nintendo fans said that about Playstation and PS2 games? Both Nintendo and Sony fans are as bad as each other when it comes to console wars.
The X-Box looks set to be a large contender. It's got quite a large lineup of games, and many gamers in the states have been excited about their first home-grown major games console.
It just depends on everyones tastes. Remember, you have the right to your own opinion, but don't completely dismiss other's opinions just because they are different to yours.
If you really want to know what sucks, try drinking through a straw.

The N64 clearly had a big variety of great games. Each month 1/4 games was brilliant but for the PSone hundreds of poor quallity games were made and there were hardly any good games.
The Gamecube will have a very big range of games, while all might not be good they have got companys like Nintendo, Rare, Squaresoft and Namco to make the big chart toppers.

I am sorry but the N64 is not crap.
True the greystation may have a hooge variety of games but the graphics suffer because of it.
But the n64 has much better graphics.
I'll give credit to sony though with their latest masterpiece.
