As a teenager I played Boulderdash (C64) all night at weekends, frequent eigth hour + sessions.
100's of hours in total.
Played through all Boulderdash's, but none as perferct as 1.
Then Mario 64 too, but once you finally finish it, well that's it, not been back since.
Love long gaming sessions, not so practical in adult life tho.

Usually I bring about six monks and convert buildings, units such as boats and people and also other monks which is great. There also very good with healing powers. A row of paladins with a row of archers behind them with a row of monks, un-beatable.
Perfick!

I only bother to do that if i'm fighting over islands. I'll bring about 10 villies and build three castles and 2 of every military building. Peufect!

My tactic - Send in the paladins to wipe out villies and town center aand then they start on the army. Send in foot troops to take out all other buildings and more paladins for their army. Never fails.
