It's the best Multiplayer RTS game there ever was. Simple as that. Released way back in 1997.
I can't compare it to Age of Empires, Starcraft of anything, because it's fundamentally different.

Right 11% done and I have downloaded thast modified .exe

There's a bug in NetStorm, whereby if someone types that special code for a sound in the multiplayer chat window, it crashes everyone. This is called 'nuking'. The antinike exe in that download is basically one that's been modified to it won't crash when someone 'nukes'.

In order to play the single player campaigns, you'll need a modified exe file. Download this one:

Hmmm, doesn't look bad, but what I don't understand is what this anti nuke file is for and why I need the Cd to run it. Venom...care to explain?
Got it people, just going to unzip it and install now. Have a go on it hopefully and then I will be bavck to give you my verdict :D
