If nintendo are going to SUCCEED with its Gamecube console, then it is going to have to start appealing to the mass market, and at the moment it just doesnt, plain and simple. It appeals to kids and gamers that have been playing since they were kids, but it doesnt appeal to the types that got interested in the playstation.

Getting the full resident evil series was a good start for nintendo (and full credit) but they are gonna have to follow this up. Some light gun games would help for starters, I could never understand Nintendo's lack of lightgun games. And they HAVE to get MGS2 and GTA3 if they are gonna stand a chance.

Obviously they will always have their fanbase but little things like this are the difference between shifting a few units and becoming a household item...

Is GTA3 coming out for the Gamecube???????? Please tell me as that is one of the best games ever!!

Yep I remember that, N64 was going to get Grand Theft Auto it was going to be great, I can't remember what happened to that though, DMA (I think it was them) was about hlaf way through development and stopped? It was on Game Boy Colour I had it, rubbish it was

Anyway..

GTA3 for Gamecube, next Christmas is going to be very interesting for our beloved Cube.

More like the developers have to ask Nintendo nicely!

There's no reason why Nintendo would stop GTA3 from being on the Gamecube.
It's a good game and an old Grand Theft Auto was supposed to be arriving on the N64 a few years back.

All they have to do is ask the devellopers nicely...

Don't reckon that'll happenn knowing Nintendo, however they have been pretty unpredictbla lately so there is always a distinct possibility that GTA3 may get ported to GC.

GTA3 could well come to the Gamecube, not anytime soon but maybe one day, you see we all know that the Gamecube is easier to program for and GTA3 is being released onto PC next year, November I think and porting it from PC to GC wouldn't be hard to do for the programmers, so it could well happen.

It's all about the money after all.
