hmm i seem to have a prob, when i try to get the patch for mech assult/ghost recon it just fails to connect to xbox live, but the demo games work? any ideas? thanks

"Xbox live is not responding please try again later" is the messege i get, it downloaded a very small amount of the patch, i wonder if one of the servers is down because the forums on xbox.com/uk are also down.
