Mine would be an Age Of Empires / The Sims, you can build your own battle scene e.g Build size, grass or rock, castles, walls.
And when you have created your Scene. You create your race and who you are aginst and watch them fight too death.
Sounds a bit boring to you maybe, but everyone has their own taste,
Anyway, what would yours be like?

You need to deliver papers, but must face the challenge of the 'evil dog that runs into the door' & 'The wind that blows leaflets awasy'.
Its quite the challenge!

Hey, we've got a game! Well, apart from the glorious state-of-the-art graphics. Good ideas though.
If you let people try to bargain for their lives, you could have excellent sub-games, too. A chess sim here, scissors paper stones there, etc.
Of course, every time someone cheated their fate by beating death, it could cause serious imbalances in the world, which you'd then have to try to make amends for.
Of course, you could also strike a bargain with someone in exchange for their life, which you could use to your own ends...
Gradually the difficulty of the killings and the games against Death increase, causing more people to survive and the world to eventually fall off it's destiny line - at which point you have failed as Death, so it's game over.
