Don't include Halo, Splinter Cell or Phantom Crash.

Anything in OXM which is above 8.0 is worth a look. They mark games harshly (bar Timesplitters 2 which they over rated) and that is what I like about them. Buffy got 9.0 >>> I believe and for those who have played it will know that the game certainly manages to be original in its approach but the fight engine stays true to the fight genre.

I seen a demo of Indy in game. I was impressed with the enemies AI, they actually jump over things to chase after you.

Judging from the demo given in OXM - Indiana Jones plays very nicely, 'meaty' sort of combat á la Buffy the vampire slayer, using surrounding obstacles to wound adversaries. I'm guessing it would be a nice adventure, but it's not my sort of game really. But good for those who like it.

OXM rated it 9.0/10 I believe.

Try Buffy first if you haven't already because although it isn't anything ground breaking the game manages to stay Solid throughout and the fight engine is one of the best I have ever seen. If you like the series it will appeal more I would think.

But seriously, I will certainly get Phantom Crash, Panzer, Halo and DOA:XBV.


I would like some persuasion for Indiana, it's the only one I don't know much about.

Don't listen to those who say DOAXBV is just a softcore porn game because they are the ones who haven't even played it and therefore they can't make a sensible comment about the game. I have the game and I can honestly say that it is brilliant fun and the Lifespan is HUGE! Apart from Virtua Tennis and Winning Eleven 6: Final Evolution it is one of my favourite sports games of all time. The Graphics are unbelievable, the Audio is great in 5.1 but the gameplay doesn't fall 2nd at any point to other areas of the game. I would say that it is a MUST have game or at the very least it should be a rental. Make your own mind up about the game and let me know what you think.

I like cooperative stuff, but when it comes to FPS I prefer FFA rather than Reds vs Blues.


Co-op on Halo is the reason I'm buying Halo.
