Right many of us have had some problems and been stuck at certain points.
So instead of thinking for ages why not ask someone who knows. Sure beats reading through walkthroughs at gamefaqs and the such like.
Anyway its a class game, looks and plays well and it surprised me in a lot of places.
Ok, I'm at the place where you blow up the rock to let the spring fill the area.
I have thrown a bomb into the first statue but can't seem to reach the second one. I presume you just have to aim right but I'm struggling.
Anyone?

Asher, all you do is hit it in the eye when it opens its pincers up to hit you. You can either do it repeatedly until it dies, or when it rolls into a ball just leave it there. Another easy way of killing it is wait for it to go to hit you, then you should be able to do one of those parry moves by pressing A, it should die instantly.
Ya don't have to kill it though, just make sure you can get a water pot to the other side of the lava.

Just try and hit the scorpion thing and the lava at the same time. Then it'll roll up into a ball, just repeatedly hit it. Then just jump back, get more water, jump to middle, throw water on hot spurty-up lava stream.

Just use the Deku Leaf to blow the gas away.
Shine the light with bird girl onto the gas, makes it dissapear, hit switch with skull hammer, go into room, where you will probably get stuck again.
