"Two faced Tanner".

What a b**tard mission this is!

As soon as I touch his car - 4 stars, straight away!

I've tried everything I can think of - including going back to the first Island and stealing a Fire Engine to try and ram him off the road. Nothing, not a sausage.

Any tips would be gratefully received.

I'm kind of thinking I don't want a step by step answer, but some general tips that may help would be good.

Gah! Cheaters make me ill. Winners don't use drugs, etc, etc.

Whats the point in buying the game if you're just going to cheat your way through it?

i only use them because i have finished the main missions

get some uzis and as he goes drive up beside him in line then
> just shoot press L2 if your on hid right then press O and his car will set on

For me anyway, if you want to use cheats, that's up to you.

get some uzis and as he goes drive up beside him in line then just shoot press L2 if your on hid right then press O and his car will set on fire then he'll get out and you run him over MMWWWWWHHHHHHHAAAAA!!!!!

Just get straight to the nearest boat and surf the waves, until you can see the plane. Keep following the plane until it starts to drop some stuff...
Quite easy...

Do other missions first, until you have help out a guy called Phil at the barracks on Staunton Island - once you succeed in that mission, you can go there for a rocket launcher.

When you have it, do the Tanner mission and follow him to learn his route. Then re-load the game and get yourself a fast car. Do the Tanner mission again, and speed ahead of him on the route, get out of the car, equip the rocket launcher and let him have it as he comes into view.

When I did it, I had no police after me at all!
