No megalomania was somewhere between populous and civilisation with a twisted 2000AD sense of humour. you had to build up your civilisation so it could beat the rival civilisations. it had some great phrases like little squeaky voices shouting 'lets nuke them!' etc. the version i played was on the megadrive. might get hold of one just for that game, and zero tolerance which was fun
