I desperately want to see Stunt Car Racer remade. Im very surprised why it hasnt been done yet. Probably the best driving/racing/stunt game of all time. Masterpeice

I'd like the old Street Fighter game for the Sega Mega Drive to be remade but I probably wouldn't buy it anyway. I prefer sequals to remakes. The Final Fantasy saga for example has been amazing (my favourite being the one with Squal, Rinoa etc.) I would buy a sequal over a remake 99% of the time.

If you think about it, a lot of games today are really remakes, often disguised as sequels. Things like GTA 3 is simply a remade GTA 1 with ultra-improved graphics and different missions, however the concept is exactly the same. Sports games such as the fifa series are just remade games with updates stats and player profiles, not totally new games. They use the same engines and just add details and release basically.

I don't quite know what my point is...

There was this great game on the commodore 64 called 'penguin towers' - it rocked, that could be a good remake.

Also a game called shinobi about a ninja but I think I have heard/seen something about it for the PS2, or maybe it is just something or the same name
