"Pet hates"

I class pet hates as those things which really, really annoy you. The kind of things that when you say you absolutely hate it, or it irritates the hell out of you, your friends either:

1. Smile strangely at you and say "yeah, okay", in a condescending manner
2. Shrug and say it doesn't bother them
3. Agree that something is annoying but not with the emotion that you attach to that thing.

I have two:

Firstly, people who cannot be bothered to clean up after themselves in food areas that state "this is a self clean area"

Secondly, panty lines. This one really, really annoys me.

Just curious, what are yours?

hmmm, my pet hates... there's plenty...

1) Rice Boys (slow cars made to look fast) who stand round their car with their mates listening to mindless crap on their disproportionately expensive stereo
2) people driving 2 inches behind you
3) infact, people doing stupid things when driving in general... especially when they have kids in the car!!! >:-(
4) people who say "whatever" just to get the last word when they don't have a good arguement, if you've got nothing intelligent to say then by all means, QUIET YOU! :)
5) the "wot are you lookin' at ya cun'?!?!" brigade and knuckle-dragging morons in general (and in Porstmouth, UK we have more than our fair share :( )
6) people who speak in excessive volume and insist on dropping letters from most of their words while using an expletive every 2nd word
7) throwaway bands/singers and their "music"
8) ppl who make gr8 use of numbers n txt abbv. in letters n emailz. u no who u r.. plz stop it
