The GBA2 is under development, right? PSP not out until the end of 2004, with some major Japanese developers onboard already, dev kits possibly this Summer, and a HUGE, HUUUUUUUGE brand name.

Listening to the Nintendo announcements, they have The Sims on GBA, Four Swords on GC, short clip of Prime 2 and a Twin Snakes trailer. Just so you know. Oh, and lots of stuff about games we already know about, probably (Advance Wars 2, Mario Advance 4, Mario Kart/Golf).

Back to the original topic, will PSP ACTUALLY compete with GBA? Yes, will it be as successful? No.
The GBA is already so deeply nested into the handheld market its almost a mirror image of the 128 bit console market when the Xbox and Gamecube were launched, the PS2 had too big a lead. The same applies here, except this time its in Nintendo's favour.

NBA Live is just their name for the series, as Sega have dibs on plain old 'NBA'.
Well, I was assuming it was called NBA Live because it was online...
And I didn't actually list half the games that are coming, some totally new exclusive and in house games have just been anounced at the press conferance, ones that weren't even hinted at...
