Those new to the forums may have noticed a heavy pair of boots clicking their heels and the people wearing them are called "Notables". They are easily identified but their Gold Names and invariably (but with one exception perhaps) they tend to be popular characters on the forums.

Well, I feel I ought to make a contribution to this topic. But to be honest, I don't know what to say.
So I'll say this-don't listen to who anyone else is voting for. Don't really base your vote on campaigns either, just base it on who you feel is the best addition to the forums (apart from the Notables, of course. {:))

We have one constructive suggestion, from Meka, which sounds like a good idea.
When we finalise the voting procedure we will use a thread just for the votes.
However, the voting thread will have to be opened in time for those who wish to vote early, i.e. those who expect to be adsent on the 22nd.
As far as the karting is concerned.
a) It's hardly surprising that I am grey.
b) Not to be big-headed of course, er - but you'll notice who won this little event, proving, despite the weight handicap, that youth, fitness and good looks are no match for experience. Or in this case I suppose you could say that chucking your kart into the corners and barging everybody else out of the way is not as fast as driving a smooth, controlled line.

Ooooooo...voting, I've never done this before, how novel! However, I haven't got a clue who to vote for! To be honest, nobody has particularly caught my attention as worthy of being heralded as a 'Notable' (apart from myself ofcourse).
