I do not care if it is an X-box game but this is the single best announcement (next to Geist) at the E3 games show.
Conker rules and it looks like the superb WAR game... and that really is excellent! I cannot wait to get that... when that is release I will buy an X-box... but just for that and Jet Set Radio... as I can't afford anything else.

If the Xbox version of Counter Strike is anything like the version i've just been attempting to play on my PC then it'll be a massive heap of crap.
No strategy involved at all, it's more a case of run in with your squad, all guns blazing, hoping that you manage to hit someone and don't get killed yourself.
Maybe it was because I'm a n00b and wasn't totally sure what was going on, but my first experience of Counter Strike was about as enjoyable as a punch in the face from a JCB.
I reckon when I get my Xbox and Live that i'll be keeping a wide birth from Counter Strike.

The best online game is Counter Strike without a doubt. Unlike most FPS games skill is reuiqred to succeed and the enjoyment levels are great once you get the hang of it. I will get RTCW on Xbox with Live in a few weeks but I am marking Counter Strike X as a must purchase title for LIVE.
am planning to have more than one xbox online. So me and my friends go online and it becomes less impersonal. makes team co-operation easier too.
I can see online improving games such as unreal championship and ghost recon because they'll be even better playing against non-computer combatants numbering in double figures.

Ghost Recon on LIVE is decent.
AVP was one of the few games I've enjoyed playing online.
The different modes made it a good laugh, having a 16 player Tag match was really quite fun.
