Well there I know someone who thinks it is now. Last time there was a big debate on best ever game whilst I was here, before your time I think, Perfect Dark won.

Maybe. But I still have trouble with Zelda OOT being the highest rate game. I don't know anyone who actually thinks its the best ever.

They don't just compare all games with one another, maybe Goldeneye was better (in your opinion that is), but still doesn't neccesarily give it a better score. Zelda got a high score because it is one of the best of its kind. Goldeneye has more competition in the genre and therefore will find it much harder to get a high score.
