I have a N64 and its great and am planning on getting a X-box when it comes out or the game cube. what do all of you think is the best one to choose from i am even wondering if the playstation 2 is a better choose to get. if you look at some of the shots from the game cube they seem to have taken a cartoon look and it makes it look realy bad.

Since both the GC, GBA and X-Box are all adiment that they are straight...
However, I've got my suspicions about Nintendos machine... its far too colour coordinated not to fit a sterotype?

At the moment I would recommend everyone to buy a PS2. Ive played all 3 consoles and so far although both the Xbox and GameCube have some impressive titles such as Halo and StarWarsRL. Both consoles do have problems, the Xbox has a terrible controller and the GameCube has a smaller launch lineup than the Xbox.
However Im talking from a US perspective right now, and seeing that the PS2 is cheaper in the UK right now than in the US Ild say buy it now!
However if you can wait till March 2002 for a UK launch then perhaps the Xbox may get a smaller redesigned pad and the GameCube may have more killer games such as Resident Evil and Mario Sunshine.
Ild get the PS2 from the US showing, but thats just my current opinion :-)

people are starting to **** me off, no offense but everytime someone says the gamecube is for kiddies the reply will be nothing but this "resident evil"
I've told you many times that Resident Evil 4 was attempted twice for the playstation 2 and shifing onto the gamecube was their last resort. I aint complaining cus they're gona be great but is that the only thing "adult" on the miyamoto machine?

Nintendo couldn't have been smarter to take on, or sign a contract with Capcom. Not only will more adult people buy it, but hopefully realise that the other games for it are also bleedin' good and buy more and more; then this news flows around the world like a plague as more and more adult gamers tell each other that looks aren't everything and that Nintendo's GameCube has the best games to date. *Big intake of breath*
