It amazes me everytime when I'm playing computer games, someone from the female species says "why are you playing those silly computer games, haven't you got something better else to do"
I can think of alot of worse things to do, like spend five hours in front of a mirror putting on makeup and then taking it off again.
Ok there are a few girls out there that actually play games, but they are far and few between.
How many times have you heard this saying"I only play games for the taking part"
Rubbish!... What girl's fail to realise is that boys have a competitve side to then.
We must win, we can win at all costs even if it means cheating, we just have to win, win and win.We must not be beaten by a silly programer.

I would like to reply to your question of why girls (or should I say 'the female species') do not like computer games.
And yes... I am one of those so called females.
Firstly I would just like to say.. If you spent more time brushing up your spelling and grammer, then you do wasting your time playing your games... it would be FAR more benificial. hmmm
Anyway... Yes, I completly understand the need for recreational time. And I don't really have too much of a problem with boys playing their games.. for a couple of hours. But I can honestly say that they bore me.
I suppose that we are more sociable creatures..and would rather spend our time more sociably. (I am not speaking for every girl I know however). And as for the rediculous comment on the amount of time it takes for us to put our make-up on... err yeah five hours is really accurate... But I'm sure you'd think nothing of spending five hours playing your games... hmmm.
We actually spend time to make ourselves look nice, usually for your benifit. I'm sure if you spent a bit less time on your computer, and more time with us. Things would be a lot more profitable.
