I have made a decision to buy any of the Phantasy Star games that will be made onto the GBA! Alsoif I like them I might also buy the online one as well, but first having to get the internet on my GC.
Well, this is the one place for it.

I have just seen the biggest spider i've stumbled across in my life!

Ah, it's working again.
Not been able to get online today because of server problems. Seem to be sorted now tho.
No sign of resi yet. Or the parcel i ranted about a while ago. Going to get on the ba*d's back again.
Still, i have a whole different plan that, although more difficult than i'd expected, could turn out well. More detail later. If it works.
Was getting my sister's birthday present today. Went off to browse the cds too. Saw something i didn't recognise at all, but the album cover was plastered with quotes from reputable magazines indicating that it was music i'd like and that it was very good.
For the first time ever, i think, i bought an album without knowing any song on it.
Just on a whim.
I'm normally too skint, but after struggling through the summer without an income, living on my savings (bust arm - getting sick of typing that), and my non-materialistic side winning the decision on whether to get a new tv, i figured i could stretch to a tenner to maybe broaden my musical tastes a little.
First track, i knew exactly what it was. Second track too. Then i realised that i had heard the name before too.
I was quite gutted, but i do love the album. And recognise 3 tracks :^S
I would go pick up something else random, but i can't really stretch to two albums in such a short space of time these days and i'd need one with good, credible reviews on the cover :^)
Went out tonight for the first time in a while too. My arm's first day out of the sling though (still feebley weak and in need of physio before i can actually use it for anything properly), so i wasn't drinking so that i could take painkillers later.
About midnight i cane back though, pain got a bit too much.
First half of the night was going great though. Was talking to this girl, a friend of a friend, and she was quite into her philosophy and in some areas politics. The music was a bit loud, so while we were hooked on the conversation, we had to lean in towards each other, it was a great atmosphere. I should also point out that she was incredibly pretty and kept putting her hand on my leg.
Then it turned out she was engaged :^S
Call me old fashioned, but you don't touch someone above the knee - certainly not intentionally and frequently - without knowing you're sending out a messgae.
That and the pain put a bit of a downer on things.
And i was going to e-mail the guy about the parcel if it didn't turn up today. Since i couldn't until now, i think i'll do it tomorrow, after making absolutely sure with the porters that it hasn't shown up. This time i give a deadline after which i file fraud with ebay.
I can't believe how royally screwed over i've been. I may even go back to my topic to rant some more. :^(
