:)
It's all still up there
It's a, er... one of those "newer VW Polo's", if you know what I mean...
It's silver, it's quiet (especially for a deisel!) and it both feels and looks really nice to drive. I like it! :)
I can still do my 3 manouveres very well, and my general driving wasn't too bad. I just needed to "stay awake" at one-or-two points, and I just need to practice it all now, to clean-off all that rust.
Less than 3 weeks to go now, but I reckon I can do it.
My instructor would've liked more time, but to me; ``more time equals more money´´!
Mario Kart: Double Dash!! also came today (thanks again to SR!), and I really like this game. Especially some of the "little things" like how your back-seat passengers will be hanging off the back after you hit a Bob-Omb (...Or is it Bo-Bomb??).
I haven't recieved my Office Series 2 DVD from CD-WOW! yet, but they did send me another one... The Matrix Reloaded - something I DIDN'T order AND already have -- and I bought it from them, aswell!!! :@
I ordered the CD SOUNDTRACK to that film, you see. And, since they no longer appear to have it listed on their website, someone obviously got confused! ...MUPPETS!!
Speaking of Muppets, I had a good time laughing at one at work, yesterday. He stubbed his toe playing football recently, and somehow managed to get it infected - while also coming close to having to have his leg amputated! :S
Like he usually does, he made some joke at my expense. And so, I went to stamp on his toe (wearing my work-BOOTS), without actually doing it... He saw my coming, and avoided it, but STILL managed to hurt himself!!
Yep. He moved his foot away and stubbed his toe on this piece of metal that had earlier fallen off one of the forklifts - which I had also put there, out of the way! :D
Not a bad day, then.
And there you go - a post where I haven't even mentioned her once (...until now, obviously)!! :P
But, of course, I was thinking about her the whole time, you see...!
This is the result of my evening's work :^)
"My game is a side-scrolling beat-em-up in the style of Streets of Rage or Golden Axe. I couldn't be bothered to make a real game, what with not knowing how and everything, but I've put together a sort of trailer / demo which will explain the plot.
If I do say so myself, it's the nuts and none of you punks will win anything ;^)

Also, from an old Egad, but sort of fitting the brief for this one (enough excuse to recycle it because I love it):

Enjoy :^) "

AARGHHHH!!! Just get on with it and ASK!!!!

Heh. Man likes casual sex and he's a hero. Woman likes casual sex and she's a s1ut.
Ah well, we all have to come up with our own opinions. You just don't have to adopt the opinions of the mongs around you :^)
> She used to drive a little black Citroen with black-outed
> windows;
I knew someone with a.. blue car (being as specific as possible with the model :^) ), which had blacked out windows too.
Given the choice I wouldn't spend my money on one, but he was a nice enough guy.
And he hardly ever used it for running drugs :^D
> she always comes in late for work, like she's had problems
> getting up,
That's no crime is it? Please? Don't send me away. I just overslept a bit. Every day. I'm sorry...
I guess it's up to you to how the above stuff shapes your opinion of her. But so long as you don't mindwhat other people think of her.. Well, I think you know all that anyway.
And the good news is even if you don't end up together, you can always have a one night thing :^)
Lame driving test advice:
For me, my driving mentality is the same as the mentality of the Thrills' music - sort of unhurried, confident, calm, paying attention to stuff.
And whatever you do, don't listen to my dad when you go out driving.
If possible, don't even let him in the front passenger seat.
3 weeks huh?
I WILL give my instructor a call later. He'll probably be 'annoyed' when he realises how little time I have left, but I doubt I've actually 'lost' anything I learnt before. I am surprised he hasn't phone me before though, seeing as it's been over a month now...
And "if you can't say anything nice, don't say nothin' at all!" - that's what I feel like saying to people at work who always seem to bad-mouth the girl I like! I'm worried about her, as she appears to have been getting 'thinner' since the Summer, and she's always a lot less happier, too. So, what do they say? "She's probably been sweatin' it off with the things she probably gets up to!" ...Stupid stumpy Scousser!
I don't believe it though. I hear a lot of bad things like this about her, but I just don't see how she could be the type...
Maybe I'm being blinded by my feelings for her, but it just doesn't seem right with her....
Sure, she may "get around" a bit (she's a young female, for God's sake!), but I can't see how a girl like her would go looking for "Random Sex" or anything like that!
I reckon (and hope!!) it's just the impression they all get from her image. She used to drive a little black Citroen with black-outed windows; she always comes in late for work, like she's had problems getting up, and she's always happy to sit there in one of those vest-type-things, no matter what the weather's like.... Heh, this really isn't helping me, actually!! :S
I would ask her about it, but I can't just go up to her and say it!
I guess I just need to get to know her better, first...
I'd still like her even if it is true though, just so long as she wasn't doing it while we were going-out or anything. I just "KNOW" she's special, somehow....
> Hey! I dont really come here no more, like i said, i was bored :P
