:D
Who's that?
:D
hmmm....
:D
How's things peeps?
:)
And, I probably should've mentioned this earlier, but, it's not a bad idea to include 'waste' (of only about 10mm) to allow you to, sort of, make up for any mistakes you may make that can be resolved.
I find it useful when making frames at college, and it's something we're taught to do. "Never cut your waste off until the job is done!" That way, if one parts a little longer than you planned, you may be able to sort-it-out using the waste of the part that connects to it.
And why would I want to use their real names? Do you get off on the kind of thing, or something?! People's identity's are at stake, here, you see... No matter what you may think, you don't know them, and I doubt you ever will! :P
Now, go listen to Papa Roach and start crying - like Haley Joel Osment in that BBC 1 film last night! :D

So long as they don't go with each other...

Heh, okay.
I'm now considering a last minute change to the design too, I think I'll finish cutting all the wood before I decide though, so I can see how it'll all fit together.
2 and a bit more metres of sawing, then it'll be on to the sanding...
And the quotation marks... it's all getting a bit too excessive to be honest Solskjaer. And wy not call "her" and "other her" by their names?
I may not be pursuing my interest in `K´ for the time-being, but I still have strong feelings for her!! :P
And although they both live relatively-near to me, and will both probably be looking to go with someone, rather than on their own, there's still only one-person I want to go with, and 'get-to-know' better, as a friend, while she figures out what - or `who´ - she really wants.
`J´ does, too, have some good qualities... Only, `K's´ are better! :)
[NB: No, this has NOTHING to do with Men in Black! I'm simply "code-naming" them with letters to make it easier, instead of using `her´ and `other her´.]
One thing you should never do when using a hand-tool is try to rush your work. Just like with everything else in Life, by trying to do things quickly mistakes will be made a lot easier and you're much better off taking-your-time working carefully and accurately, for a finish that'll really prove to be worth all the time and effort you put in.
It is only the 'natural instincts' of `Man´ in you that tells you to a job done quickly is time well-saved... But there is no need to rush - is there?
Take your time and concentrate (like you've been telling me to do in my driving tests! ;D ). One simple mistake can cause all-sorts of problems. And the more mistakes you make, you more money you'll be losing!
Speaking of losing money, I just had a load of clothes-stuff I ordered from Littlewoods come from the delivery-bloke - all for this Christmas Party. ...I think I've got more stuff in these packages that what I've ever had in my entire wardrobe!! :o
I hate buying clothes! I've got to get something 'smart' and formal, so I buy "SEVERAL" smart and formal things - and I still have doubts about it all! No doubt, I'll be sending half this stuff back again and buying some more - just like I always seem to do. And yet, because I still haven't handed-in my menu, there's no "guarrentee" I WILL be going to the Party...!
I'm glad it's all done Account-style, though! :)
Whoever came up with the idea of making Christmas *PARTIES* formal was an idiot! I hate him! What good is an expensive, new suit when you'll be dancing and drinking all-night-long - which will do it no-good?! :S
So which one will you take to the christmas party? Cut the deadweight, go with the potential lay :^D
Been working on the case today, cutting pannels from my plywood.
It's not going too badly, heavy work with a hand saw though, and when I tried to saw too fast I made a mess of the wood. Not sure if what I cut was beyond use yet...
Only problem is that I don't know if I've been straight enough with the saw. I can sand stuff down, but it looks like it still might not sit nicely. It was only a millimetre either way at worst :^(
Ah well, tomorrow I can hopefully cut all the wood, and tidy it up with sandpaper. Then we'll see how it's coming together.
