Just done the cross country, and damn hard it was too.

Heh, nah, didn't actually do it. They only ended up taking about 60 people in total, out of 120. I was so fookin' happy when I found out I didn't have to do it (albeit slightly offended as I came 50/120 last year ;)

Still, I've got an evening of English essays and French writing tests to prepare for.

Anyhoo, on other news, I'll be 1000th days old on these SR forums in 3 days!

Well, I just got the first batch of my DVD rental queue dispatched to me, looks like it's going to be a month of film watching for me!

Consolations.. I remember cross country at school - five mile jog through thick boggy mud that sucked your boots off. Knackering. Thank goodness we don't do it at College.

I hate cross country. I had to do 2 laps around my school, then go out the school, runalong all the back roads and it was hell.

Cross countrys are GREAT! Wish they did them at work!

hehe, well admitterly I hated them when I was a young tyke at school, but I'm a bit more up for some outdoor activities now!
