[Captain's Log: 10/03/04 - Day of the Edit Post Feature]
[Diary Entry: 7/7/05 - "We shall never forget"]
Anyway...
Got my OWN Car Insurance sorted now. Thanks to Dr.Duck, I got a quote off Budget, which, at £1,100, appeared to be the cheapest option I could find, after several-hours of searching and quote-getting, on-line. I'm happy. It's only Third Party, Fire and Theft, but it's a LOT cheaper than the £1,800 I was quoted by the company known as 4 Young Drivers - blatantly a goverment organisation in disguise! :P
Once that's done, I can finally get my £110 Tax done for the next 12 months. I'm just waiting for it to all come through the post.
Best news of all, though, regards my JVC MP3 CD Player. My £120 (on sale at Argos, with FREE Fitting) was put in today and, after testing it, it's great! Just the simplistic kind of thing I wanted, really. It even says "HELLO" when turn it on, and then "SEEYA" when you switch off! :o
Gonna get me-self some blank CD-RW's now and started recording...
I would stick with the un-used pack of 10 CD-R's, but, with new albums and tracks appearing all the time, I reckon this is the better option. :)
Speaking of CDs, I went into Virgin yesterday - and, for once, on my way out, I DIDN'T set off the bloomin' alarms! ;D
They've still got a good `5 for £30´ deal going, so, I'll have to go back again... In the end, I just bought what I felt like. I could've probably saved myself a good £20-or-so by choosing a couple more in that deal - but hey, I had some vouchers, anyway! :)
What did I get? 3 early albums from the Chili Peppers (Uplift Mofo Party; Mother's Milk and their self-titled debut effort.) I'm surprised how different these are to the likes of Blood Sugar Sex Magik, already. Very "punk-rock" in places. Less of the Funk...
But, I'm sure they'll grow on me, in-time.
It was also funny how embarassing I felt when the names of these CDs popped-up at the part where you pay when there's a young family with little kids stood right behind you...! ;)
Oh, and I also bought 311's album... Just for the sake of it! :P
Anyway; driving test on Wednesday - and it really doesn't feel right this time....?

Meh, haven't decided yet.

lol, thank you :)
how do you mean 'only' year 11? :p, It seems a massive step to me when it comes to GCSEs, And then you guys come along and say
"GCSEs are easy" etc,
And i'm like? :/

Well as it can be taken both ways, I shall take it the way I read it. So you are therefore, in fact, wrong.
*wipes eye socket gunk from face and throws it back, striking Duck in his eye-socket where the gunk re-forms into his eye*

Wrong again yourself - it was a non-rhetorical, non-sarcastic genuine question.
Read it again and you'll see that it wouldn't work as either rhetoical or sarcastic.
And I've not been eating enough loquat berries, so :p again
:^D
*Scoops eye gunk out of socket and throws at tphi*
