2 for £30 offer? Where from?

I finally have a job again. Temping, doing electronic filing (really boring but probably easy, ongoing). It's supposed to start Tuesday, but given the way the temping agency have jerked me around in the past I'll not count any chickens.

Jeez, £600 to burn, another £150 in your wallet and still some owed by work? It's alright for some, eh? ;^)
I have £20 and a £10 HMV voucher. And a £800 overdraft. Oh well, should at least be working soon...

And that is why I never buy games off of them! :D

Thank God I found Special Reserve... Otherwise, with the £600 that's just gone, imagine how much worse things could get for me...! :S

Speaking of which, I]SR[/I], owe me, really...
I'm doing good things for their business at college - I've convinced a bunch of thick-as-mudd 16-year-old Townies into thinking "they're alright in there", after Tuesday lunchtime. ;)

Remember: YOU OWE ME!!

I see The Mirror yesterday ripped-off your old name, Mr.Duck, with the headline "Gaddafi! Duck!" on one of the many pages inside as some guy tried to hand him a letter or something... - But that's just the media, eh?

Maybe that's `P´ you off; maybe it won't. However, I woke-up this morning with a bit of an attitude going myself...

My payment stuff came through the post this morning from work saying how much I've been payed for the last fortnight (including the remaining 2 days of the bank holiday weekend). I had a brief look, and everything seems okay. Look a little closely, and you'll see my boss is really taking the pish...

To start with, it seems that, for monday - in which I worked for 5-and-a-half hours with a half-hour break ontop, at a double-time rate (or so I was told) - yet, from what I can work it out at, it seems the money-hungry idiot's have only payed me for just 5 hours-worth of work. And, ontop of that even, it gets worse... He's only payed me at the time-and-a-half rate!

I'm already "frustrated" with him for giving me a crap salary on a par with a lazy 16-year-old (3-years-younger) who only works Sunday - despite the 4 days I work each week; with all the hard-working, "infamous" `never-says-no´ attitude. Ontop of that, there's this long-running dispute over the 20% Sales Bonus everyone but us gets becuase we're "not involved in sales", apparently...!

I've checked the rest, and it all seems fine. It could just be down to one individual's mistakes and iliteracy on an early morning following a long night of "ups-and-downs" (yes, Kelly does play some part in our payments, so I've heard), but I'm gonna go into work tommorow a very unhappy young man indeed! :P

Money is the one-word I really don't want to hear right now. Not just because of all the stupidity that goes on at work, but because I've just spend something like £600 within the space of one-week (and that's a record I'll never beat)!

£310 was owed to my mum for the car insurance deposit, rent and some stuff I lazily asked her to buy for me, while she was out...
£30 on XIII and Resident Evil (which both arrived yesterday - and I still haven't even opened yet!)...
£84 on paying off a little more of my ever-growing Littlewoods account...
£105 goes straight to my account for my monthly insurance charge...
....And I'm sure there's a little more hiding at the back of my brain somewhere! :P

Yet, despite all that, I still have the best part of £140 sitting in my wallent, in cash!! :o ;D ... :S
