Every time you describe her to me I get a little more scarred ;^)

I'm definitely in then, if she wants to sign contracts.

I was in a WHS on saturday. Didn't see a cube section though, I'm not sure if that shop still stocks it. I'd definitely have had Doshin for a tenner, even if I wouldn't get a chance to play it!

Is there a snooker club in Middlesbrough? If so, do you know if it's any good?

I'm getting too used to having a club 30 seconds away from work :^)
Played snooker again today (after a glut of pool to prepare for the county match). I wasn't remotely consistant, but when I was shooting well I was very impressed :^D
Actually my highest run in a couple of hours play was only 5 balls, for 15 points. But I rattled a black to break 20! But I was knocking pinks from the spot into the middle bags like a pro, and during the moments I clicked into form I nailed several shots the likes of which get applause on TV (no, not wild flukes! :^p ).

I'm taking advice on my mental control from an American trick-shot artist, and it's really paying off, I think that's responsible for my occasional fantastic snooker, and it's certainly raised my pool to a new level, when I can get it right.

Still working on it though. Hopefully I'll be able to get to the point where I can play the good stuff consistantly...

When I went down town with Jenn was thinking of places that sell bikes round here, thought Cash Converters did, but it's up the other end of town so couldn't be bothered to go today. Anyways, went into 'Boro Bikes' to check em out. Some pretty nice ones in their. Max price for some uber looking bike was £120, so not tooooo much. The only other place I could think of was 'Bobbys Cycles' or something near the cinema. These I think were 'new' bikes, as opposed to 2nd hand/stolen ones that 'Boro Bikes' were selling. Anyways, I saw bikes in BC for £300 which were £100 in BB... Think I might visit BB soon and make a purchase. Tiss where my housemate got his bike from, and it was in decent 'nick'.

Anyways, went into Gamestation in town today to look for more games as I pretty much completed Rogue Squadron 3 already, and looked at their 2 for 20 offer. Was annoyed when I found Amped 2 now in it, when I bought Colin McRae3 with RS3 last week as I couldn't really find anything else I wanted. Grrr, I would have much prefered Amped2! :( Oh well.

Went into WHSmith and had a scout around as Jenn browsed all the damn magazines she reads/buys each week. Their sale games were now even cheaper, down by a fiver, :O Banjo on GBA for £9.99 if anyones interested (dunno why I'm not bothered with it). Anyways, found Doshin for £9.99 and thought it was a good price, and probably all it's worth, so bought it. Haven't played it yet, as only just come back from watching some PANTS Jim Carrey film at the cinema! So, gonna program for a bit, and then might give it a bash in a bit... *hopes it's good*

Duck, crazy irish boxer chick is happy to live with ya! Shall hopefully speak to the landlord soon. He's been off galavanting somewhere abroad with his misses, but think he was suppose to come back today.

Don't think I've written a post this long in a while. Makes a nice change. Or am I just avoiding doing any work!?! Must do work... done bog all today constructive... don't like days where I've done nothing constructive... but it's an easy rut to fall into when you're and unemployed bumm! :(

Heh, I'm now considering using the insurance money from my bike to actually replace my bike too ¦^)

I was going to pay off my overdraft, then save £200 and get a custom 1-piece pool cue and case, but I might just go for a bike instead.
I love the feel of a 1-piece cue, but carrying it around would be a pain in the ash and it probably wouldn't add that much to my game.

Maybe I'll go for a second hand exercise bike. Not the same, but I need some kind of cardiovascular exercise...

Actually, cash converters have a bike discount on at the moment. They'll probably all be stolen too, but it might at least be worth a look...

Ahhh a small flaw in an otherwise brilliant plan.

Grrr, you've made me want a bike again! Good source of exercise!

When I was in final yr, my housemate and his misses use to have em, so we use to go cycling occasionally. Now, shall I go splash out on a bike for the bike shop at the bottom of the road... they are reasonably cheap... but then again, I have no money!

That dungeon in Wind waker was it's most finer points to the game, but it could have been much bigger as i usually think that a traditional Zelda should have 8+ dungeons as that is the number of dungens in Ocarina, LoZ, and plenty of the GB/A zelda's. If it's not then i won't give it a 96 mark out of 100, i would give it about 93.

Everyone where I work is pretty slack.
I think I could be the hardest worker and most smartly dressed there (pinstripe trousers make you feel so.. professional :^) ). But I'm the temp doing the worst job on a fiver an hour. Oh well, working hard doesn't always mean a thing. I have new resolve to slack like a bum and dress like.. a bum :^D

But money's not looking so bad. While signed off I racked up some debt, but I'm not spending too much now and I'm ready to claim the insurance for my stolen bike. Hopefully it won't be long until I clear my heafty overdraft.

Wish I had a bike though. Nice sunny days, when I want to get outside and do some exercise, while my leg's still a bit too bad to run, but probably good enough to cycle, really make me want to knife some small time theiving c*** in the face :^(

I stumbled across a copy of Harvest Moon the other day and picked it up and got home to realise that I'd lent my Cube to my mate ages ago and I won't be able to get it back from him for at least a week now, what with us being at work at different hours.

Gay.

Two words I cannot stand to hear in the same sentance anymore...

Work and Money. :P

I hate the world today, and the society we live in. Hard-work just doesn't get you the rewards it deserves anymore - and that's a frightening prospect for me as an up-and-coming Carpenter in the building industry.

It can get so worked-up sometimes that I just wanna write a song...

However, that's already been done - many times before!

At least my holiday's all been payed-for (all £410 for the week in Salut). That sure is a fair old lump of [I]money[I]... I'll certainly have to keep on working hard to keep nmy bank account healthy between now and then...

All's okay (providing a get my passport in-time - 6th July we leave via. Cardiff).
