Fasinating?

at A-level I will probably do Maths, Ict, Physics, and something else (possibly further maths, but there's nothing any good in the final block, so I dunno. 2 lots of maths seems a bit much!)

Physics will probably be boring, but you need it for doing game physics and engines, etc. Maths is also useful for programming and stuff, and ICT is stuff on computers, so it should be useful...

anyway, I haven't a clue what I want to do for a career... Something in gaming would be fun, but it probably could get boring (especially if you were working for a company like EA... "Oh... ANOTHER Fifa game eh? Joy!") Rare would probably be cool though!

One thing I want to do is get enough money to open up a venue for bands to play, so kids on this boring Island have somewhere to go watch a band play and get drunk! (Without paying the ripoff ferry prices over to Portsmouth!!!)

Anyway, enough rambling from me...

Good luck doing all those subjects, I reckon you'll drop one of them within 2 months of joining 6th form/college

Last year at GCSE I did
Art and DT Graphics, and a load of other stuff...

For my A-levels i'm doing
Art - full A-level
Art Graphics - only AS
DT Graphics - full A-level

And like I said, I may do IT as an AS next year?

I doubt it, they just teach basic computer skills, nothing you won't know already if you've been using a computer for a long time

But having IT as another grade should help

And by art and graphics did you mean Art - and the graphics part of DT?

I've been thinking about working for Rare or someone when i'm older, as a designer, probably designing characters, free-hand. I've already done Art and Graphics for GCSE, and i'm doing them this year. I may take IT as an AS next year, while I finnish the other 2. It could come in handy??

Also, if you wanna see my idea for the 'GameBoy MD', go to the 'Game Ideas and Retro Games forum'. Or should I post it in this forum??
