Of course it does. What do you expect a PC can do lots of stuff than an XBox can not do. XBox PLAYS games and DVDs and thats it. PC you can draw pictures, make graphs, type documents, make programs, surf the internet, print out stuff and loads more.

And anyway, this is a sort of compliment to XBOX. It's basicly a PC - in a console!
