Already got it on PS1. Had it since around '99 i think.
Not too sure on FFT Advance though. I was really excited about it until i read a preview and seems to me they've simplified it so much there's no real reason to leave the Tactics part of the name in.

he probably doesn't realise that there was a ps1 version that was released quite a long time ago...but only in america and japan.

i got 8 first then 10 then 9 then 7
i liked 7 but whats up with cloud with the splitting thing its stupid
i absolutely hated ther battles in 9 the enemy has 5 turns before u do
i loved 8
10 was very good

Of the FF's Ive got/played :
6 is good but I dont really like the characters.
7 is absolutley supurb, probably the pick of the litter.
8 I dont know what it is but this one is truly captivating, I got it for christmas in 2002 and I didnt play on it for a while but when i did o played for 7 hours non-stop.
9 - I really like this one, the atmosphere created by the graphics and the sound I really love, and the slightly wacky story is a welcome change.
10 - Ive opnly played a demo but it was great - I really want to get this.
And Im desperate to get anthoilogy and Origins - what happened to FF3?

I really enjoyed FF7, but I never got round to playing its sequels, apart from 10, which although I liked it, wasn't as addictive as 7.
I played around that long on FF7 but only because my memory card kept crashing after about 40-55 hours on each save. Finally completed it though a few years back which made me happy
