The game forums are closing, so i am moving the popular FF forum here. No spamming, just 100% FF. Let's start with a question.... which of the FFs is the best?

Best bad guy, then?

I'm guessing you meant actual playable characters, because Sephiroth wins hands-down.

It's skipping about all over the place - nothing set in stone just yet.
But, it'll probably slip a few times so i'm guessing early September over here.
Although I'll probably get it on import if I can afford all the gubbins by then.

I agree

Hmmm.. this could be interesting..

A few more things:

You only play as Yuna Rikku and Paine throughout the story.
No-one else.
And you get Exp during the battles rather than afterwards.

Scrap what i said before, apprently you decide where to land and continue the story; so there's loads of mulitple-routes and cross-roads to take.
An FF with replay value?

Just been looking at a few FFX-2 reviews.
It's a bit weird.

The battles are much faster - so much so that you can actually attack an emeny while it is leaping towards you. Apprently. Nice.
And the 'job' system from FF5 is back - each one having new outfits for everyone.

The bad bits are that, again - apprently - the whole game is just a string of missions that need to be done. A bit like missions.
Sounds a bit weird, just like you'd go from one place to another. But if you think about it - that's what you did anyway .....

And a LOT (like, all) of the locations are the same as FFX's.
I don't know what I expected, but surely this'll make the game a little less awe-inspiring with it's locations.

i do realise that its just i didnt have psone when it came out and i didnt want to look for it
