The game forums are closing, so i am moving the popular FF forum here. No spamming, just 100% FF. Let's start with a question.... which of the FFs is the best?

Youve only just ordered final fantasy? Well when you finally get it you are in for a treat, it is the best game on ps1! Its gameplay is magical, the lifespan is literally years, the music is addictive, the only floor of this game is its graphics but it cant help it, its a ps1 game for gods sake. You might need a guide, as you could miss many of the games hidden treats (dont worry it doesnt ruin the game) eg if i didnt have the guide i would never have found the knights of the round materia. You lucky lucky man.

Were talking FF7 now
Forget all the future ones, I just ordered Final Fantasy 7 on Amazon. Can't wait.
Yeah but there's no mention of 13 yet. They're bound to make it, as the FF games make money and they have money problems. Hopefully they'll combine the best elements from the stand alone games like 7 and 10 within the best elements from the online 11 and come up with a great game.

If? It's a definite. And 12 is not going to be online. No news of 13 yet though....
Does anyone have any news of a release date, gameplay.com have it down for 1st Sept, bit worrying eh, I thought July at the worst.
Japan/USA/Europe all have different attitudes to online gaming so what may work in Japan, probably won't here. At least the UK won't be the Guniea pigs, Japan will have FF11 before we have FF10 !
I f they put final fantasy 11 on the net their profit will be very poor, the game will probably cost not much, too make up for the phone bill and if you dont have broadband will be screwed, because it will probably go about as fast as a granny with a zimoframe going down a very steep flight of stairs,
