heh no they're not. The Saga games are rock hard, FF's are not (talking about the main story of the game not sub quests here)

Exactly, aside from the voilence and blood etc. its easy.

FF games are 40+ hours and rock hard.

No no no.. the graphics mean very little when the game sucks you in like FF6 does. Shame you only used about 1/3 of the tv screen though.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas was easier for a 9/10 year old to complete than any of the FF games have been.

its like this:

FF6 - Ok game, not as good as later games because of its 2D style. Very playable and worthy of the Final Fantasy name.

FF7 - 3CDs of Incredible gaming. From start to finish the storyline grips you and never lets go. Stunning graphics for the start to the very end. Thought by many to be the best game ever, it is certainly one of the best Final Fantasy games if not the best.

FF8 - I thought this was great, just lacked the same feel as FF7, still a very good game consisting of 4 cds.

FF9 - Slighty overlooked by many people as it was released at the end of the Psone's lifetime. Very, very good indeed, fantastic emotional storyline.

FFX - I thought it was really bad. I can't get into the storyline and the gameplay is awful.

FFX-2 - The first sequel in the Final Fantasy series. The graphics are good but what else can you say about this? It's really nothing special.

Thats my opinion of some of the Final Fantasy series, i really hope they start making games like FF7 and 9 again...

Its funny that, GTA San Andreas is an 18 rated game due to the amount of violence, swearing etc... and yet I think the gameplay is more appropriate for the under 10 age group than say Final Fantasy. In the case of FF7, an 11+, there is a little swearing in there and obviously a bit of violence which is where the age ratings come from I guess, but its the kind of game I wouldn't be afraid to buy for my child (if I had one) and yet some of the puzzles I think are more mentally challenging than anything in the GTA games.
