for me best FF is between 7 + 9. 8 is most underrated i think, that game got too much slack just cause it followed up 7. 10 is also a gem, havent played 10-2 yet, is it quality?

Shows what an impact the game had on me.
I was struggling enough and then, as Strafio said, the end of the world or whatever it was came around, and everything was mucked up and annoying.
Too many people as well, methinks.

I was struggling enough and then, as Strafio said, the end of the world or whatever it was came around, and everything was mucked up and annoying.

Final Fantasy 6 was a classic until you reach "The End Of The World" and then the game just loses all direction and gets lost...
You wander round for a bit, finding all the characters again, but there's no momentum to it.
Everything until that point was almost on par with FF7.
I say almost... :-)

I hated tactics..Probably because i was expecting an proper side scrolling RPG not a 'battle on a square piece of land' thingy. This thingy cost me £30 too : (

The graphics didn't bother me ... just the game itself.
I felt like my Tv had been stolen and replaced by a giant GameBoy whilst playing FF6, but it still had it's moments.
